I founded Building Bosses with one clear goal: making a meaningful impact on the lives of as many aspiring investors and women building wealth as possible. I thought to myself what did younger Destiny need when she started out in property and business? 

I had experienced first-hand what it was like to pay for scattered advice and generic property content that offered no tangible support or results. I needed these three things: measurable training with a one-on-one mentor, connections to top power teams and a supportive community for people that wanted to see me win, and win with me.

Before Building Bosses existed, I spent almost a decade managing projects, risks, data and client delivery but behind the scenes I was also building a comprehensive system to provide people with the support and opportunities to transform their lives using sourcing and BRR.
